We are actively running a project dedicated to social inclusion and gender equality aimed at empowering marginalized groups, particularly women and vulnerable communities. This ongoing effort focuses on creating equal access to education, economic opportunities, and decision-making platforms.
Through workshops, advocacy, and community dialogues, the project challenges social norms and discrimination, promoting respect, dignity, and participation for all. SWODN also supports leadership development among women and marginalized individuals to ensure their voices are heard in local governance and development processes.
